Our Request for Quote Process
Child & Family Center engages in a Request for Quote (RFQ) process for projects and services when necessary. The RFQ is a competitive bid document that invites suppliers or contractors to submit a price bid for products or services where the requirements are standardized, have definitive specifications, or are produced in repetitive quantities.
REQUIREMENTS FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTES
Method of Evaluation and Review Process: Child and Family Center requests a minimum of three (3) competitive RFQs. As applicable, a cost analysis and comparative evaluation of the RFQs will be completed using the submission requirements defined in the Request for Quote. Open RFQs will be posted below with the corresponding closing dates.
