Interview questions are structured to ensure all candidates so all candidates experience the same process.

We offer pay differentials for bilingual staff providing direct service care.

We use pay scales for each position to ensure fair and equal pay for all staff.

Child & Family Center offers competitive compensation for our team of dedicated professionals. For selected clinical positions, we offer differentials for Bilingual, Wraparound, and Full Service Partnership.

Child & Family Center also recognizes the long hours, hard work & dedication it takes to be a clinical professional. When a clinical employee passes the clinical exam & receives licensure, they receive additional compensation the first pay period after their license is posted in the BBS website.

Provides opportunities for employees to learn through personalized guidance and professional development, while enhancing their career path.

Technology assistance simplifies the documentation process and allows up to 50% less time spent on session notes. This gives our providers more time to focus on client care and is effective for both in-person and telehealth-based sessions.
